Without Warning

Without Warning is what half the Core crew (now at Circle Studio) did next. It sounds kind of like The Getaway meets Rainbox Six meets Half-Life - at least that’s how I imagine the top line publisher pitch went, there’s bound to be more to it.

Big factory facility, terrorists, linear story but it interweaves between six characters who often cross paths. Seeing yourself in a game, such as when you saw Gordon Freeman while playing Adrian Shepherd in Opposing Force, can be strangely cool - maybe Without Warning will be too. Admittedly this is half the team that did the awful Angel of Darkness but a second chance doesn’t hurt.
